This card uses just basic brayering, layering the blue Stampin’ Up! ink for the sky, and masking the mountains before applying the browns. I also sponged some More Mustard along the horizon of the mountain. Garden Green was used for the tree stamps in the foreground.
I think I would like the card more if the greeting were higher, but I was afraid it wouldn’t show in the darker part of the sky (the card is showing a little lighter in the picture). Silly me, I forgot I was using the new and improved foam ink pad, and the coverage is spectacular! Oh, well, next time I’ll know.
I bet you’ll never guess what stamp set I used on this card. You got it, Lovely as a Tree! Are you sick of it yet?
