Kids Card – Easy Birthday Card Ideas for Kids Birthday Cards

Kids Card - www.Stamp4Joy.comIf you’re looking for some easy birthday card ideas, here’s a cute kids card that’s quick and easy to make.

The stamped birthday greeting came from the Birthday Delivery stamp set and was stamped in Real Red.  However, the real star of this homemade card is the adorable paper pattern that came from the Birthday Memories Designer Series collection.  You can find both of these items on page 69 of the new Stampin’ Up! catalog (click the link to download a copy).

You can save 10% by picking up the Birthday Delivery Bundle, which includes the whole shebang, both the stamp set and the designer paper, along with the coordinating Birthday Friends Framelits Dies!

And those fun pop-up Balloon Honeycomb Embellishment accents just tickle me to no end! 🙂  I did use the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to glue it to the card front just to be sure it stayed in place and didn’t try to fold back in on itself.

I used my Big Shot and an oval from the Stitched Shaped Framelits Dies to cut out the card sentiment, and then the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies to create the Real Red scallop layer underneath.

Of course, you can make so much more than just easy birthday card ideas. Use this darling collection to  design charming gift bags and even delightful little scrapbook albums, too! Here’s a really quick video showing a mini album I’m currently working on for my great-nephew’s 1st birthday.  Let me know what you think so far!
